Electric closed-cabin metal washer for manual low-pressure washing

LAVAPEN C is the electric closed-cabin parts washer designed for the manual washing of small and medium-sized mechanical parts. The machine allows you to operate in a controlled and precise manner, in total safety, thanks to the low-pressure spray washing system and manual management via front gloves. The operator inserts the parts inside the cabin, closes the lid, introduces their arms into the gloves and, via a foot pedal, activates the washing system. Rinsing takes place by means of a spray nozzle with a non-slip grip, which allows holes, cavities, and hidden parts to be reached with ease. The C version is powered by single-phase current and allows the liquid to be heated up to 60°C, with adjustable washing pressure up to 8 bar, suitable for water-based detergents.

Lavapen parts washers allow the manual washing of parts inside a closed and totally safe cabin.

The operator places the parts inside the machine, closes the lid, inserts their arms into the gloves and, by pressing a pedal, activates the spray pump. By using the special spray nozzle with a non-slip grip, the operator is able to perfectly wash all the holes and hidden parts of the workpieces.

There are 3 different machine sizes and 3 different types of operation available:

Version P: totally pneumatic for use with particularly aggressive products
Version C: electric power supply and water-based liquid heated to 60° and with a maximum washing pressure of 9 bar

Version X: electric power supply and water-based liquid heated to 60° and with washing pressure up to 100 bar
Lavapen parts washers can be equipped, on request, with an internal compressed air blowing gun.
