The P60 and P80 parts washers allow for the automatic washing of small and medium-sized parts. The operator places the parts to be washed inside a basket, closes the lid, and starts the cycle. The operator is thus free to do other things.
While the basket rotates slowly by means of a gear motor, the pump sucks the liquid contained in the tank and sprays it under pressure onto the parts from all sides. The washing liquid is composed of ecological soaps mixed at low concentration (3%) in water. From the control panel, it is possible to set the liquid temperature (max 60°C) and the washing time (0-30 minutes). The structure, the pump, and all washing pipes are in AISI 304 stainless steel.
