The P100 and P120 parts washers perform automatic washing of medium-sized parts. The operator places the parts to be washed inside a basket, closes the lid, and starts the cycle. The cycle takes place completely automatically, not requiring the presence of an operator. During the cycle, the basket rotates slowly by means of a gear motor and the pump sprays the detergent liquid under pressure onto the parts from the upper, lower, and side pipes. The washing liquid is composed of ecological soaps mixed in a low percentage in water. From the control panel, it is possible to set the liquid temperature (max 60°C) using a manual thermostat and, thanks to a timer, set the washing time (0-30 minutes). The structure, the pump, and all washing pipes are in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The P100 and P120 parts washers are equipped as standard with motorized suction to prevent the operator from being hit by steam when opening the lid.
