The car workshop approached Teknox with the need to:
- remove significant amounts of grease, heavy oils, and scale from metal parts of various shapes and sizes;
- perform a perfect manual cleaning, even of hard-to-reach internal cavities;
- minimize washing time.
The Lavapen X is the only system that combines the highest washing pressures with the cleaning power of hot water, for a performance peak of 80 BAR at 60°C.
The technological features of this system allow for:
- rapid removal of dirt from any type of component;
- excellent washing quality achieved by direct operator execution;
- elimination of fumes and unpleasant odors, thanks to the hermetically sealed lid with an integrated gasket;
- reduced consumption and operating costs.
The component was cleaned in just over two minutes, combining the performance of the Lavapen with the cleaning power of the CLEANPOWER detergent, an ultra-performance degreaser specifically developed for maintenance treatments.
Thanks to its versatility, the LAVAPEN X is widely used for the maintenance and regeneration of mechanical components in the following production sectors: automotive, aerospace, railway, and naval.
