Technical customisations
Several customisations were introduced to maximise cleaning efficiency:
- washing chamber height reduced to 320 mm to position the spray nozzles closer to the molds
- increased water impact force on the components
- installation of a second row of precision needle nozzles positioned on the upper section of the mold
- optimised spray pattern for complete and uniform cleaning
These modifications significantly improved cleaning effectiveness while reducing unnecessary water consumption.
