Simplex Big 2B (double tank) parts washers have been conceived for washing and rinsing medium and large parts and heavy weights. The Simplex Big parts washer is provided with an external trolley on which the parts to be washed are placed. Subsequently, the operator slides the platform inside the washing cabin, by pressing two buttons closes the vertical door, and starts the work cycle. Washing is performed by means of a stainless steel pump that sucks the liquid from the first tank and sprays it onto the parts while the platform is rotated slowly via a gear motor. Once washing and a short draining time are complete, the rinsing of the parts is started: in this phase, a second pump sucks the rinsing liquid from the second tank and sprays it onto the parts via dedicated pipes.
The system is fully configurable thanks to the numerous accessories available and the work cycle is totally managed by an industrial PLC. Thanks to the touchscreen panel and intuitive software, it is possible to easily modify all work parameters, check the status of installed devices, and modify the 16 available programs. Simplex Big parts washers are extremely robust and long-lasting, allowing operator times to be reduced while always guaranteeing excellent results with very low operating costs. Some available accessories are hot air drying, high-pressure pump, manual washing integrated into the machine, and many others.
