Automatic rotating-basket metal washer for large volumes and weights

ROBUR is a line of automatic rotating-basket parts washers designed for washing parts of large dimensions and considerable weight. The washing process takes place through upper, lower, and side jets, while the platform rotates slowly thanks to a gear motor with a torque limiter, guaranteeing operational stability even with high loads. Management is entrusted to a PLC, which allows for a high possibility of customization of the washing cycles, supported by a vast choice of accessories. The large-capacity tank, separate from the washing chamber and located on the right side of the machine, optimizes the management of the washing bath for major workloads.

The parts washers of the Robur range are aimed at washing processes where maximum quality and reliability are necessary. They are equipped with an external trolley on which the parts to be treated are placed. The operator then slides the platform containing the parts into the washing cabin, closes the vertical door using a two-hand control, and starts the work cycle. Washing is performed by means of a vertical stainless steel pump that sucks the liquid from the tank and sprays it onto the parts while the platform is rotated slowly by means of a gear motor. The system is fully configurable thanks to the numerous accessories available and the work cycle is totally managed by an industrial PLC. On the color touchscreen mounted on the front of the machine, it is possible to modify work parameters such as liquid temperature, on/off times, check the operation of each installed device, and modify the 16 available washing programs. Robur parts washers are extremely solid and long-lasting, allowing operator times to be reduced while always guaranteeing results exceeding expectations. Thanks to some customizations such as motorized platform movement and motorized rotation of the jets, it is possible to configure the parts washer to wash parts weighing over 4000 kg. Some available accessories are heating with gas or diesel burner, high-pressure pump, manual washing integrated into the machine, hot air drying.
