The parts washers of the Simplex Big range have been expressly designed for washing parts of medium and large dimensions and high weights. The Simplex Big parts washer is equipped with an external trolley on which the parts to be washed are deposited. Subsequently, the operator slides the platform containing the parts into the washing cabin, closes the vertical door by means of a two-hand control system, and starts the work cycle. Washing is performed by means of a horizontal stainless steel pump that sucks the liquid from the tank and sprays it onto the parts while the platform is rotated slowly by means of a gear motor.
The system is fully configurable thanks to the numerous accessories available and the work cycle is totally managed by an industrial PLC. On the color touchscreen mounted on the front of the machine, it is possible to modify work parameters such as, for example, the liquid temperature, set the heating on and off times, check the operation of each installed device, and modify the 16 available washing programs. Simplex Big parts washers are extremely robust and long-lasting, allowing operator times to be reduced while always guaranteeing excellent results with very low operating costs. Some available accessories are heating with gas or diesel burner, high-pressure pump, manual washing integrated into the machine, hot air drying.
