Metal parts washer with mobile nozzle for bulky, very narrow and long parts

LINEARJET is a moving-jet parts washer designed to work on very narrow, long, or bulky parts when the shape of the workpieces does not allow for the use of washers with a circular platform. The plant is built to design on the customer’s specification and is equipped with automatic movement of the washing pipes. The operating principle provides that the parts remain stationary in a static position, while the spray pipes move around the workpieces. The upper, front, and rear pipes are moved by a motorized chain system, while the lower and side pipes are of the rotating type. Process management is entrusted to a PLC, which allows for wide customization possibilities, also thanks to the availability of a vast range of accessories.

Linearjet parts washers, so called because the movement of the washing pipes occurs linearly and not rotationally, are designed and configured based on the customer’s needs. These parts washers consist of a rectangular pressed grid platform on which the parts to be washed are placed. Inside the washing chamber, the parts are sprayed with detergent liquid through mobile jet-holding pipes moved along the longer side of the platform, by means of gear motors and chains. The lower part of the workpieces is in some cases washed by means of washing jets positioned on special rotating pipes. These parts washers can be configured with a double tank, complete insulation, hot air drying, and a motorized platform movement system
