Automatic rotating-basket metal washer with three baths

ROBUR 3B is a line of automatic rotating-basket parts washers with three baths, designed for washing large and considerably heavy components. The washing process takes place via upper, lower, and side jets, while the slow rotation of the platform is guaranteed by a gear motor with a torque limiter, ensuring stability and control even with high loads. Management via PLC allows for high customization of the work cycles, supported by a wide availability of accessories. In this configuration, the plant has three separate tanks, which allow for one wash and two rinses or to perform two washes (with different detergents) and one rinse.

Thermal insulation with AISI 430 stainless steel panels

Robur 3B (triple tank) parts washers allow the washing and rinsing of medium and large parts and heavy weights. Loading parts onto Robur 3B is done by placing the items to be washed on an external trolley positioned in front of the machine. After inserting the platform into the washing cabin, the front vertical door is closed and the washing cycle is started. Washing is performed by means of a stainless steel pump that sucks the liquid from the first tank and sprays it onto the parts while the platform is rotated slowly by means of a gear motor. Once washing is complete, the parts are rinsed: in this phase, a second pump sucks the rinsing liquid from the second tank and sprays it onto the parts via dedicated pipes. The system is fully configurable thanks to the numerous accessories available, and it is also possible to customize the parts washer according to the customer’s needs. All work parameters can be modified and monitored via the touchscreen panel installed on the control panel. Robur 3B parts washers are extremely robust and long-lasting and allow operator times to be drastically cut, guaranteeing process repeatability thanks to high reliability. Thanks to some accessories such as motorized platform movement and motorized rotation of the washing and rinsing jets, the load capacity can exceed 4000 kg.
