Linearjet parts washers, so called because the movement of the washing pipes occurs linearly and not rotationally, are designed and configured based on the customer’s needs. These parts washers consist of a rectangular pressed grid platform on which the parts to be washed are placed. Inside the washing chamber, the parts are sprayed with detergent liquid through mobile jet-holding pipes moved along the longer side of the platform, by means of gear motors and chains. The lower part of the workpieces is in some cases washed by means of washing jets positioned on special rotating pipes. These parts washers can be configured with a double tank, complete insulation, hot air drying, and a motorized platform movement system
