Rotor series parts washers are used for washing small and medium-sized parts when the shape of the parts and the required washing quality dictate full immersion washing. The parts are placed in a rectangular stainless steel mesh crate which is inserted by the operator inside the drum, the area where all treatment phases take place. Once the pneumatically operated front door hermetically closes the washing area, the automatic cycle starts. During washing, the basket rotates slowly by means of a gear motor; using the touchscreen control panel, it is possible to set the rotation speed and mode: continuous or tilting. In each of the 16 available programs, it is possible to freely set all work phases: spray washing, immersion washing, compressed air blowing, hot drying. Thanks to the many available accessories, it is possible to configure the parts washer to satisfy the washing of complex parts: performing intermediate or final rinses, inserting drying in the absence of air (vacuum) or equipping it with ultrasound emitters to increase the cleaning effect. For high productivity, the machine can be supplied with a manual accumulation front roller conveyor or an automatic motorized basket loader. The versatility of the Rotor parts washer allows it to also be used within robotic cells, with loading and unloading of parts directly by an anthropomorphic Robot.
