Automatic rotating-basket metal washer with double rear tank

UNIX 2B is an automatic rotating-basket parts washer designed for the treatment of small and medium-sized mechanical parts. Washing takes place via upper, lower, and side jets, while the slow rotation of the basket is guaranteed by a gear motor. In this configuration, the machine is equipped with two separate tanks, allowing the automatic execution of a washing cycle and a rinsing cycle. Plant management is entrusted to a PLC with touchscreen, with the possibility of customization and accessory integration.

Unix 2B parts washers are suitable for small and medium-sized parts. Thanks to the intuitive software installed on the command touchscreen, the work cycle is fully modifiable, as are machine parameters and process values. The peculiarity of this model is the two completely separate and independent tanks, each equipped with an independent pump and pipes. Thanks to the double tank, it is possible to unify both washing and rinsing within the same machine and, thanks to the available options, blowing and hot air drying of parts. UNIX 2B parts washers are equipped with vapor extraction as standard to prevent the operator from being hit by steam when opening the lid.
