Automatic rotating-basket metal washer with rear tank

UNIX is an automatic rotating-basket parts washer designed for the treatment of small and medium-sized mechanical parts. Washing is performed by upper, lower, and side jets, while the slow rotation of the basket is guaranteed by a gear motor. The large-capacity tank is separated from the washing chamber and positioned at the rear of the machine. Plant management is entrusted to a PLC with touchscreen, offering ample possibilities for customization and accessory integration.

Unix SZD parts washers are washing systems for small and medium-sized parts. The washing cycle is completely customizable thanks to the intuitive software and, depending on the installed accessories, allows for washing, blowing, and drying of parts. The peculiarity of this model is the rear tank, physically separated from the washing chamber. This allows for easy maintenance, additional filtration with hat filters, and thanks to the very large tank, a longer duration of the washing bath. UNIX SZD parts washers are equipped with vapor extraction as standard to prevent the operator from being hit by steam when opening the lid.
