Ultrasonic metal washer for small parts

The new line of KS machines allows for ultrasonic washing of small and medium-sized parts. KS ultrasonic parts washers are equipped with a powerful microprocessor combined with dedicated software that allows the best washing frequency to be adapted in total autonomy based on the temperature and volume of the liquid and the volume of the parts to be washed. In the KS model, an automatic function has been inserted that allows “sweep setting”, i.e., it allows a frequency modulation adjustable from 100 to 300 Hz to be superimposed on the washing frequency. This allows washing performance to be increased by “breaking” the stationary waves that are created inside the tank. Like all our washing plants, the KS models are also produced entirely in Italy. The machine is available in the HT version (insulated, maximum temperature adjustable up to 80°C).
