K series parts washers allow immersion washing of parts with the help of ultrasound. The machine is composed of a main tank containing the water-based detergent liquid. The platform on which the parts are deposited is automatically immersed in the liquid and thanks to the power of ultrasound the entire surface is completely washed. The automatic washing cycle, set by means of a Touchscreen panel, allows the operator not to be present during operation. At the end of the cycle, the platform returns to the emerged position so that the operator can remove the clean and degreased parts. Next to the washing tank, there is an additional tank where, due to the effect of a recirculation pump, the removed oils are made to flow. Furthermore, a filter allows the filtration of the liquid to remove small solid particles.
