Booster: washing system with air agitation

For the treatment of medium or large components, BOOSTER represents the most reliable system for industrial immersion washing. A machine that is also advantageous for paint stripping and degreasing when power, uniformity, and process continuity are required. The BOOSTER plant uses an air agitation system that generates a hydrokinetic effect within the liquid: the continuous movement of the bath assists and accelerates the chemical process, improving the effectiveness of the treatment even on the most complex or heavy parts. Available in the HT version, the plant is equipped with insulation and allows for adjustable temperatures up to 80°C. These features make it particularly suitable for paint stripping and degreasing cycles that require thermal control and operational stability.

Teknox Booster is an immersion treatment plant ideal for parts of medium and large dimensions and weight. An air flow inside the liquid generates a hydrokinetic effect, optimizing and speeding up the chemical process of the bath. It is widely used in component paint stripping and degreasing. The HT (High Temperature) insulated version allows temperatures up to 80°C to be reached.
