The internal testing room allows for real tests on components provided by partners, in order to define and validate the most effective washing solutions, the most suitable detergent, and the times and temperatures of the washing process. Thanks to this approach, Teknox can propose systems verified in real operating conditions, always guaranteeing the maximum in terms of results, quality, and technology.
Proprietary Technologies and Automation: Engines of Efficiency
Teknox has introduced important technologies capable of increasing the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of its systems. The hot air drying system, redesigned and optimized, allows for reducing the working temperature, cutting energy consumption and increasing yield by 30%. The centrifugal condenser, patented by Teknox and designed for water-based systems, reduces generated steam and costs related to condensation equipment.
The DGT V4 electrical panel, standard on Teknox models, includes a PLC for input/output management and control of motors and heating elements, a 4.3” or 7” backlit TFT LCD touchscreen operator panel, and Siemens electromechanical components.
The control software allows to:
customize times, temperatures, and work cycles;
manage up to 16 programs with 48 phases each;
view component status in real-time via synoptic graph;
schedule weekly power-ons for heating and oil skimmer;
set language, safety thresholds, and machine alarm management;
monitor total operating times and work cycles;
automate maintenance and activate advanced energy-saving functions.
