From Metalwork to Testing: Control of Every Production Phase
Every washing system is manufactured inside the Teknox facility. The highly qualified team follows every phase of the production process: from carpentry with laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, and pickling, to mechanical assembly, up to electrical and pneumatic assembly and final testing. Complete control over every production phase allows technicians to create systems capable of responding to the most complex needs, guaranteeing long duration over time.

Teknox washing systems follow an integrated production flow, where materials, skills, and technologies operate synergistically to guarantee maximum quality and constant performance.
In the Teknox facility, which is articulated into 10 different areas, every solution takes shape, totally designed and certified in Italy:
Commercial Management
The commercial office, divided into Italy and foreign areas, is always ready to support the customer in all phases: from initial consultation to custom proposals, up to post-sales assistance. Thanks to market knowledge and sector experience, we guarantee rapid responses, technical competence, and maximum attention to the specific needs of each customer.
Design and Technical Development
The technical department handles 3D design of systems, PLC programming, technical documentation, and analysis of specific customer needs, guaranteeing systems ready for use and easily maintainable.
Electrical Department
The electrical department carries out the wiring of all electrical systems of the washing plants, guaranteeing precise, safe installations compliant with regulations thanks to specialized technicians who provide advanced, safe solutions fully compatible with Industry 5.0.
Sheet Metal Processing
The process includes laser cutting, punching, and bending. Here, all sheet metal parts composing the washing systems are manufactured internally, guaranteeing precision, consistency, and flexibility on every component.
Welding Department
The internal welding department is fundamental for guaranteeing the quality and robustness of the metal structures of the systems. This autonomy allows us to ensure greater production flexibility, compliant with the highest standards, and direct control over every phase of the assembly process.
Vertical Warehouse
The warehouse covers about 1,000 m² and manages over 12,000 quickly identifiable and controlled item codes in a computerized manner, guaranteeing compliance with standards before entering the production process.
Assembly and Testing
With a surface area of about 3,000 m², this area represents the operational heart of production. Qualified personnel carry out the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly of the systems and perform final tests, guaranteeing quality and reliability.
Shipping Department
Organized to guarantee rapid and safe deliveries in Italy and abroad, the logistics department also manages packaging and shipping of large-sized machines. Products are prepared in wooden crates or with special packaging and shipped by land, sea, or air depending on needs.
Commercial Back Office
Supports sales by managing orders, deliveries, and quotes, resolving any critical issues in a timely manner and ensuring rapid responses and custom solutions.
Technical Service
Guarantees rapid and qualified assistance for every need, ensuring effective and timely interventions. Furthermore, through the WhatsApp channel, customers can easily send requests, reports, or technical questions, receiving rapid answers and dedicated, custom support.
