Simplex 80 parts washers perform washing of small and medium-sized parts. The operator inserts the parts to be washed inside the basket, closes the upper lid, and starts the automatic cycle, thus leaving the operator free to perform other tasks. While the basket is slowly rotated by a gear motor, the pump sucks the liquid contained in the tank and sprays it under pressure onto the parts through the washing ramps positioned in the upper, lower, and side parts. The washing liquid consists of water to which specific ecological soaps are added. From the control panel, by means of a color touchscreen display, it is possible to set all machine parameters (temperatures, heating ignition times, washing times), verify the progress status of the washing cycle, monitor signals and machine alarms.
Simplex parts washers can be configured thanks to numerous accessories integrated into the cycle such as compressed air blowing, bag filter, high-pressure pump, vapor extraction, tank emptying pump, and many others.
