SIMPLEX MEDIUM is an automatic rotating-basket parts washer designed for washing medium and large-sized mechanical parts, ideal for production contexts requiring operational reliability and ease of use. Washing is performed by means of upper, lower, and side jets, while the slow rotation of the basket is guaranteed by a gear motor. Management, entrusted to a PLC with touchscreen, allows for wide customization of washing cycles and the integration of dedicated accessories based on operational needs.

Simplex 100 and Simplex 120 parts washers are suitable for washing medium and large-sized parts. The operator deposits the parts to be washed inside the basket, closes the upper lid, and starts the automatic cycle. While the basket with the parts on it rotates slowly thanks to a gear motor, the pump sprays the washing liquid onto the parts by means of spray holes. The degreasing chemical product, mixed in water at a low percentage, the temperature, and the liquid pressure guarantee impeccable washing of the parts. From the control panel, by means of a color touchscreen display, it is possible to set the machine parameters (temperatures, heating ignition times, washing times), view signals and machine alarms, monitor the progress of the washing cycle.

Simplex 100 and Simplex 120 parts washers can be configured thanks to numerous available accessories, such as compressed air blowing or hot air drying of parts, high-pressure pump, tank emptying pump, and many others. Simplex 100 and Simplex 120 parts washers are equipped with vapor extraction as standard equipment to ensure that the operator is not hit by steam when opening the lid.
