Turntable parts washer for small sized parts in a short time

ROUNDJET is a rotary table parts washer designed for the treatment of small-sized parts with a rapid cycle. The loading platform is divided into six sectors: loading, extraction, washing, pause, blowing, and hot air drying. The rotation of the table allows the workpieces to go through all the treatment phases, finally returning to the initial position for unloading. The system allows for the interchangeability of positioning jigs, allowing similar parts to be washed with the same machine. Management is entrusted to a PLC, which allows for wide customization possibilities, also thanks to numerous available accessories. ROUNDJET is particularly suitable for robotic cells thanks to the positioning precision of +/- 0.5 mm, but it can also be configured for manual operator use.

The Roundjet parts washer is a machine that performs the washing process step-by-step on a “rotary table” type system. The parts washer consists of six distinct treatment phases: loading/unloading, vapor extraction, washing, draining, compressed air blowing, hot air drying. The rotary table is therefore made up of six identical sections, each containing a fixture for supporting the part, built in stainless steel and with parts in contact with the workpiece made of scratch-resistant material. Given the need to have a unique positioning of the part to be washed, the Roundjet parts washer allows the treatment of a single item code. However, if planned during the design phase, it is possible to treat different parts of different shapes after re-tooling the six stations. Particularly suitable for being integrated into automatic cells with loading and unloading with an anthropomorphic robot (positioning precision of +/- 0.5 mm), it is nevertheless configurable for use by an operator with manual loading and unloading.
